Problem creating an Xbox profile

Thanks for letting us know you're all ok.

I resolved this problem by deleting my profile from my Xbox, restarting it and then logging in which will re-create your profile from your online profile.

I had the same problem with my son’s account. Changed every permission in Xbox settings and still no luck.

Then I stumbled on the solution which is as stupid as the original problem….

I created a brand new profile and started 2K23, this profile was allowed to to create a myPlayer account. When I got to the enter email screen I switched Xbox profiles back to my son’s profile. It then lets you complete the myPlayer activation under the new profile.

Ludicrous that this works but ludicrous that the problem occurred in the first place!

i tried all the options there is no change by connection to modem or other internet methods, still have the : 80004005 error.

the thing is: i can download an old profile which i deleted once with no problem;

i am getting error just because i created the profile via website and not via my console; i think it is a MS general problem.

downloading profile which created via the console works fine, but profile which i created in the xbox,com is not working ! (

I got it just last week...

the problem is: I created a profile on the Xbox without connecting to Xbox Live just to start playing the games I got with the console.

Then this week I created an Xbox live profile on my computer with my Microsoft account.

Now on the Xbox profile that is not connected to any Xbox live I'm trying to "connect" to my Xbox Live profile that was just created 3 days ago... but the same message appears.

Thanks for the help! I'm not too sure what to do...
