Problem controleller xbox elite

Hello,

After 6 months playing with my Xbox elite controller, I've got an issue with one switch.

I cannot contact anybody on the support website.

How to contact them if the website doesn't work or turn me around but never give me any solution ?

I have had the elite 1 and now the elite 2 , so far no problems. 👍

What is Elite 1 and Elite 2? Are you talking about XBox One joystick?

The problem is on a (original) Xbox 360 Elite by the way.

If I send in my Xbox elite 2 to Microsoft can they fix the right bumper problem. I have already sent one Xbox elite 2 in and had the right bumper fixed and it lasted 2 weeks before having the same problem.

Your problem is with your xbox e-mail/ account not elite.
