    Problem concerning Xbox live buy 3 get 3 months free promotion


    So on January 17th I saw a promotion about a buy 3 get 3 months of Xbox live free so I purchased it.I then contacted support wondering when and how I would get my code and I was told it would be sent to me on March 15th through Xbox messages.It is now March
    17th and I have not received the 3 months free.I contacted Xbox support and was given a link to come here and post my concerns so it can be handled and I can get my code.

    Xbox Live Gold 3 months plus another 3 montgs free

    From 15th of January the promotion when you buy 3 months of gold membership and get 3 months of gold free is up. So I want to ask is this promotion region restricted? do I get 3 months free if I buy 3 month gold subscription? I live in Czech republic

    I chatted with Jeanelle J about this. On February 15 2018 I purchased a 3 month subscription to Xbox live through microsofts website. There was a promotion that you buy 3, get 3 free. I never recieved the code for the free 3 months
    of Xbox live. Order #9747702285. Please help me to get my code for 3 months of Xbox live

    that was the promo... Buy 3 months Xbox Live Gold then get 3 months extra for free... But i haven't received any codes... even after my subscription i bought expired last week!!

    Sounds like you purchased the buy 3 get 3 promotion that was available a few months ago. The promotion 3 free months did have an expiry date and needed to be used within 30 days of receipt

    I purchased on the US Microsoft Store site on June 15 and still have not received the free three months either. Terms and conditions said 10 business days until I receive the code. It has been well over this. I have contacted various customer service
    reps with always being told they cannot help me and sending me to different reps. I even contacted via Twitter for help. No resolution yet.

    The promotion I and some friends signed up for stated that you would get 1-month Free and then a 3-month free code via email. It did not say you had to buy a month to get the 3-month code.

    Contacted CHAT SUPPORT and they informed me that promotion never existed since "what reason would a company give away 4 months of service for free?"

    So it seems that if you signed up for the 1-month free service, you do not get the 3-months Free as the ad on the XBOX ONE stated. If you bought the 1-month service and did not get the 3-month code.....that is even stranger if what CHAT SUPPORT stated is
    the case.
