Problem concerning games on Xbox One

Hello,

My problem is recurrent and really problematic...sometimes when i play (more often a retrocompatible game) the game stop and i have a message asking me if own this game and that invite me to go on the market

The real problem is not really when the game stop and push me back on the xbox mainpage...but when sometimes i lose my save !!!

Its unthinkable on an Xbox One ! And in more sometimes my player status change and completely disconnect...leave the game, and i have to reload my profil (online or offline is the same pain)

i really need help because that begin to be unplayable...=(

My Xbox One doesn't read any kind of disc anymore.

Two weeks ago my Xbox One has stopped reading Xbox 360 games. I wanted to play a game that had already been installed on the console and which I had played without problems many times. Though, Xbox One games worked regularly. One week ago, anyway, the console
stopped reading even Xbox One games. At first, it showed me an error, but soon ended up doing nothing but a strange noise. The only game which worked was ReCore. Today, I found out that neither that game works anymore. All the games I downloaded from the store
works perfectly.

I don't know if this is a problem concerning the new update or if it is a problem concerning the disc player. Could you help me, please? If you can anwer in Italian, it would be better, but I can speak English, too. Thank you very much.

 

Xbox 360 games on an American Xbox One?

The Xbox One console is region-free, hardware-wise.

Anything concerning region will depend on your Xbox/Microsoft account settings. Xbox 360 titles, even through backward compatibility, still retain the region locks they originally had.

So as long as your account is registered on your Xbox with your proper country set as the region, you SHOULD have no problem running the region-local CoD games on your console.
