    Hello, I'm new here, and I'd like to ask a question.

    In my new Xbox One X Limited Edition Gears 5, there is a code for "Gears 5 Ultimate and bonus Gears of War 4" (link below). I redeemed the code (command
    [Mod removed- personal information) successfully, and it is shown that I own the bundle "Gears 5 Ultimate and bonus Gears of War 4". BUT, when I click on Gears 5 included in the bundle, it shows that I don't own it.

    For all bundles I bought before, I own the bundle and the included games as well, but this is not the case for Gears 5. It appears to me that there is a problem.

    Could someone please look into it ?

    I purchase the Xbox One S Gears of War 4 Limited Edition 2TB. The codes where in the console was 2: Gears of War Ultimate Edition and bonus items.

    I bought the Gears 5 console bundle. One of the codes that came with it was for Gears 5 ultimate edition AND Gears of War 4. I was able to install Gears 5 but when i try 4 it says i need to buy it. Ive emailed microsoft support but they were no help. Anybody
    have the same problem or know a way to resolve this?

    If its a physical card check the back side for a 2nd code made that mistake once
