    Problem by having Green Screen and Grey after it


    I'm having an Xbox One X since the release of it and i'm now having a big issue with it.
    My issue is that when i'm starting my Xbox i'm having the Green Screen with the Xbox Logo loading, and almost 5 minutes sometimes after (not everytimes) it's a grey screen and the only thing i can see is like when i'm pressing my Xbox button it's showing the basic Restart, Shut Down and Narator buttons.
    And by the way when my Xbox isn't showing the Grey Screen my Xbox is just restarting and is also flashing.
    So basically i've tried almost everything here is the list :
    -Hard start by removing cable and waiting minutes before having pressed the Xbox button for many seconds.
    -Reset of the Xbox by deleting accounts, games and settings with the troubleshoot option when you have to press the Xbox button and the CD Lector and Bluetooth. By the way this option worked one time and when I restarted my xbox an hour after it was doing the same issue.
    -By pushing the Xbox buton of my controller and pressing start just before removing the battery of it.
    -I've tried to do with the USB NTFS Format but it's strange because when i'm putting it i have the option when I press I select to do an offline update but it's saying an error message.

    Xbox one X issue with youtube app.

    I have the same question, I noticed it after making our latest family video, it pauses with the green screen with lines or the grey screen. The video was shot in 4k. I really hope they fix this, it works fine on our other youtube platforms.

    Having exactly the same problem tried the hard reset several times, still the same after the green screen the tv goes to a black screen and nothing else happens.

    Same problem here, I got the black screen after turn on. After 2 minutes the green screen shows up, and I get stuck on green screen. Unfortunately I can't restore factory configuration, because the xbox doesn't start from pen drive. I don't know what to

    so basically your xbox one hdmi cables went out and when you changed them it worked? because I have the black screen problem after my xbox loads up after the green screen, with no audio or video
