    Hallo,

    ich möchte ein Abo für den EA access Dienst einrichten. Von der Website von EA werde ich dafür auf die Microsoftstore Website umgeleitet. Bei der Bezahlung steht dann, dass ich ein Guthaben von 19,03 € habe und das Abo für einen Monat 3,99€ kostet. Trotzdem
    werde ich immer aufgefordert, eine weitere Zahlungsmethode hinzuzufügen.

    Ist das ein Bug oder kann man manche Dienste nicht mit dem Kontoguthaben zahlen?

    Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums support.

    Since it's a subscription (EA access), it's asking for a bank card / debit card so it can set up the option to have "auto-payment / reoccurring payments".

    I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account and see if they can make that subscription purchase for you. It's worth a shot.

    Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

    Step 2 ----Select See other options

    Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

    Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

    Step 5 ----Select request a call from support
