    Skaffade en Xbox One X och det är ständiga problem att kontrollen tappar kontakten när jag spelar. Har kollat batterierna och sökt efter uppdateringar för kontrollen. Har även hänt en gång när jag spelat med kontrollen ansluten med kabel att den tappat
    kontakten för någon sekund eller så.

    [Translation-

    Acquired an Xbox One X and it is a constant problem that the control loses contact when I play.
    Have checked the batteries and searched for updates for the control.
    Has also happened once when I played with the control connected by cable that it dropped the connector for a second or so.]

    Hi Kenneth,

    So it seems that your controller is not staying connected to the Xbox One X when you play and has even dropped connection while connected with a USB cable. I'd be happy to help you troubleshoot the console as the radio signal may need to be reset.

    First, lets
    hard reset and power cycle     your Xbox.

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 5 minutes.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    Try that first and let us know the results.

    Hiya!

    Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, it sounds like the controller is losing connection with the Xbox One console. I definitely understand how frustrating this issue can be. What I recommend doing is attempting the troubleshooting steps listed
    by the ambassador. As well definitely try performing a
    power cycle on the console    . As well is the console up to date?
