    Problem at receiving rewards


    I noticed that freedom rewards gave you prizes if you play trove for 30 minutes straight, i've been playing for almost a 3 day total and I haven't received any prizes.

    Yes, but my problem is receiving rewards for a free month of Gold that I just won this week. I DO NOT LIKE USING THIS FORUM....AT ALL!!

    Not Receiving Rewards at all

    Hello DrDynamite419,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
    consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    Since you were a zero star member, you did not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
    Since your recent promotion in September, I see you have begun receiving MyVIP payback for your eligible purchases. Please note that the total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your
    account by the 15th of the following month, so it is too early to see Credits for any October purchases.

    I am not earning rewards points for completing achievements

    Hi,

    So, the problem is that I can not earn 50 points for the daily achievements. Moreover, it happen everyday. It is imposible to earn it. There must be a problem because I can receive points from the panel of microsoft rewards.

    Since the 12/03/2022 until today I have not received any 50 points rewarding the achivements.

    I have the same problems but for me i didn't received my Rewards from the lasts 3 Quests...

    Rewards member since 2011, still nothing...

    But that's the problem... Nothing was ever deposited... I havent received a single Microsoft point, or cent, from the rewards program!
