Problem and question PC TEREDO XBOX LIVE

Hello. I have a few questions and problem. On start sorry for my English.

So, playing on PC with Windows 10 on xbox game like Forza Horizon 4 should I buy xbox live gold like on xbox one or is it free? I cant find any normal anwser at this question. Next problem is I have really big trouble with connection to xbox live for ex.
in Horizon 4 I can't go to the online world becouse i have problem to fix my Teredo connection. I works on it around 4 hours, tried many guides and still doesnt working. Maybe it depends of the router configuration i will call and talk with guys who delivering
internet to me maybe it will help. Can u ask me?

1. Xbox live (playing with other people in games) on PC is free?

2. Does anyone knows how can i try fix my Teredo adapter? (There is one thing that i really cant do on my PC- The IP Helper after we open services.msc i cant turn it ON becouse of Error : 1068.

Teredo IP problem

On my pc Xbox app...Teredo is unable to qualify..server connectivity : blocked

On my Xbox one...Nat type: unavailable and multiplayer test says ...Can't get a teredo IP

Problem Started 10 days ago....I live in Egypt and I don't know if the ISPs are the cause of this or not..I can't play online and I need help

 

Can't Join Party Chats

To properly isolate your concern, we need to gather more details about the issue. Kindly answer the following questions:

• Are there any error messages when you tried to start or join a party chat?
• What type of network connection is your computer using?
• Have you tried to start a party chat using a different profile on the same computer?

If you can’t hear your friends online, or you can’t join or host an Xbox Live multiplayer game, go to Network > Settings in the Xbox app and check NAT type.

If it says Teredo is unable to qualify, your PC is unable to obtain a Teredo IP address.

Teredo is a networking protocol that’s used to establish secure communications between clients and servers, and to facilitate connectivity between devices behind routers that use network address translation (NAT).

Failure to obtain a Teredo IP address can occur when there’s an issue with your Teredo adapter, when a device on your network is blocking the Teredo protocol, or if there’s software installed on your PC that’s disabling Teredo functionality. Without a Teredo
IP address, you’ll be unable to use party chat or do multiplayer gaming on Xbox Live.

In order to play games online with friends through Xbox Live, you do need to pay for an Xbox Live Gold subscription. Whether on Xbox or on Windows 10, you are still using the Xbox Live service.

For troubleshooting issues with the teredo adapter, I recommend checking out this

link for a couple of steps to try and fix what's goin on.

Sorry but no, to play multiplayer on PC you do not need to have gold, that is for xbox only.

 

Thank you. So my last problem is Teredo tuneling by my Cisco router. I cant get the access to open NAT and play multiplayer :C

Also heard about The IP Helper. Must be turned ON. On my PC i cant find any way to turn it On. As I write on 1st post - The error 1068.
