Problem Adding a new account even after reset

I seem to have fixed the problem. hard resetting the console and deleting then adding the account did not work.

however when I deleted the account and re-added it after I hard reset the console the problem was fixed.

I don't know if this is temporary though. it might happen again, if it does I will repost here.

Console sign in solution

When I faced this problem, a factory restore solved the problem. This only happens with my account, in others I could log in normally. Try to log in with another account or change connection. If not, a complete reset may solve the problem.

Sorry to hear you are unable to add the account back onto the console, go ahead and turn off your console and unplug the power, also unplug the power from your network hardware and leave both devices off for about 2 minutes. After 2 minutes turn your network
hardware back on and wait for your services to be back up, once your services are back up turn the console back on and give it another try.

It downloaded successfully but unfortunately didn't correct the problem. The problem happened shortly after I put a one-year prepaid card over my existing membership. My account was set to auto-renew by credit card in April. Maybe adding the pre-paid card,
even though my account had yet to expire, somehow reset my tenure? Is that a possibility?
