    hi ! can you help me ? and tell me more about the adaptator xbox one for windows 10 ?

    my adaptator is installed but when i push the button to connect the controller, nothing happened, no light... so ... i installed it via the settings from windows 10, it's okay i can use the controller and light appears on the adaptator but... now the adaptator
    warm up when i use my controller ... is it normal ?

    Thanks you very much to take your time to help me,

    This is a xbox one S controller + wireless adapter for windows 10 (buying separetely)

    So, i checked and yes, the adapter is recognized proprely, no problem

    i used "Add a bluetooth device or another device to paired the controller to the adapter.

    i can play too that works perfectly now

    but i'm worry about the adapter cause when i turn on the controller, after 5min +/- the adapter is very hot

    and i never have this with my old 360 adapter.

    do you think it's normal ?

    On your Windows 10 PC, I would recommend opening Device Manager and check that the adapter is being recognized properly on the PC and there are no issues listed with that device.

    I would also recommend trying to connect the controller up via a USB cable and see if the controller is recognized that way.

    And before that, I would ask that this is a Xbox One controller, or is this an Xbox 360 controller that you're trying to use?

    Maybe i can help you ...

    my adaptateur doesn't turn on too

    so i used :

    > Settings

    > Bluetooth device & others

    > add a bluetooth device or another device

    > check your adapter is connected to your pc

    > press the wireless button on your controller

    After that I think you'll have a "xbox one controller"appears

    and add it.

    Now your controller is paired with your adapter...

    I wish that will works fine for you
