    Problem about privacy settings pls help


    Is anyone else having this issue?
    My Xbox privacy settings won’t save. Every time I click Submit, it says they’re saved, but after refreshing the page, everything resets to the previous settings.
    Because of this, I can’t use chat in Minecraft. I tested another Microsoft account, and it works fine, so the issue seems to be with my main account.
    Has anyone found a fix?

    Sorry to hear about the problem you are experiencing on your phone.

    What sort of phone is it? As one of the common problems is the crossover of IOS and Android which can cause problems.

    Regarding privacy settings check the settings on your phone regarding gaming settings as well as your google play store settings which also has its own privacy settings.

    settings on your console. It's most possibly the joining multiplayer games, in the communication & multiplayer area of the privacy settings.
