Hello! XboxSupport.

I communicate with you because I have not received an answer on a problem that I had related to an expired code. I would like to know if they will give me the game that I chose.

No it's not. They also expired it early.

I used a 10% code today (personalised). Had to sign up to voucher cloud though to receive it and expires in 4 days.

Could always give that a go.

That message could mean that your xbox live Gold expired, or it coul dbe a temporary problem on COD servers.

sorry once those DLC codes expire they are expired you will not be getting another code/codes they usually give up to over a year to activate and download them if you did not then it is not the game developers problem, it sucks but that's the way it is.

some codes expire after a certain time, maybe that's the problem

I have the same problem and its making me really mad. The code I have came with my console. When I enter it, it says “code has expired” I dont know how it could possibly be expired when I just got it! Oh and not to mention, there isnt an expiration date
on the paper that the code is with!!!
