Problem 8015402B on xbox live

I cant login to xbox live cuz I meet with problem 8015402B, can someone explain what I have to do? Cuz I dont even know how I can delete the problem.

Im using Polish site of Email which is @wp.pl . I have confirm my account but this thing is all the time bringing up.

Our recommendation here, please attempt to follow our how to add or remove an Xbox profile on Xbox 360
support article, as this concerns your Xbox Live profile, it would be best to remove the profile and then add it back onto the console.

What kind of email are you using for your account? You may want to make sure that it is verified before you can attempt to log in with it.

I have already confirm my email and it does not work anyway. am I stupid or what can u make an instruction how I have to log in into xbox live?
