Problem 417F-0000-D080-0200-8015-000A

I cannot help with the 417F-0000-D080-0200-8015-000A code. I can help with the other (800705B4), one that most of you are seeing with not being able to sign in. Follow these steps to beable to sign in.

1) Turn it on xbox and controller.

2) Scroll all the way to the right to the settings

3) Click (A) on "System"

4) click (A) on "Storage"

5) Go to the "hard drive" and click (Y) on that

6) Goto "Clear System Cache" click (A)

7) click "yes"

8) After the clean is done, continue to hit (B) until on homescreen.

9) hit (xbox button) then "connect to live"

I was able to connect after doing all this but... have to redo it everytime my game tries to do an update on NFS Hot Pursuit (disc version) cause it frezzes half way and gives the long code i stated above.

Well I don't know what changed, but about ten minutes ago I tried booting up Netflix again and it worked normally. I exited to the dashboard and tried booting up several other games and apps including Hulu and Destiny, everything seems to be functioning
normally now.

After all that trouble shooting seems like it just fixed itself.
