Im tryin to play a game but it needs an actualization. When i tried to download it, it says 417F-0000-D080-0200-8015-000A and it dont let me play. Can someone help me?

UPDATE: That error code was for something else...It was 396B-0000-D080-0200-8015-000A

 

Update fail

Every time I try to update my console I get this error code "3F4B-0000-D080-0200-8015-000A " I can't find it any where on forums or code database. Anyone else see this error?

I also have the exact same error code.

From readingsupport.xbox.com/.../software-update-errors it seems unusual for multiple people to get identical error codes.

According to other game forums, this appears to relate to idiot l@mer "hackers" attacking Xbox Live.

Started trying to log onto Xbox Live around 1:30am GMT, did not succeed until 5:am GMT.

Xbox.com and Xbox Live status page were both displaying ASP.Net error messages during that time.

What is really annoying me is that the service status page still shows everything up & running.

This is not the case, with many people in different forums saying they are unable to sign in or download title updates.

Microsoft, I sympathise with you in resolving an attack, but please ensure you use established methods such as the service status page to communicate with your customers

I restarted my xbox to start afresh, since certain service elements seem to have been appearing & disappearing.

Now I can't sign in at all, with what seems like self-inflicted resource exhaustion as the cause. It's as if someone just turned on the periodic "provide your MS Live creds" prompt for me, but the process of authentication fails with error code 800705B4

I know authentication succeeds because status notifications for my friends pop up as when signing in successfully.

Some form of communication might help us all prevent making this worse.

 

I am having the same error/status code pop up whiling trying to update y Call of Duty game, and I have not been able to play my xbox for over a hour now it is getting to be pretty ridiculous. And on top of all that you try to search the status error in
the forum and it says it doesn't exist and you typed in the wrong status code, but obliviously it does exist since it is happening.

 

"Code 807B01F7. Xbox market is experiencing difficulty... Try again later." So ether the game's servers are down and/or the xbox service is down.... So I paying/paid for what?

And with all these problems you don't see them reimbursing us money for our xbox live subscriptions when we cant even play our games.

 

You have no idea how happy this thread makes me, because I'm not the only one. I've been trouble shooting this problem with Xbox support for 3 hours. So far I have power cycled my router, cleared my system cache, deleted and re-downloaded my gamer tag, power
cycled my console and nothing works. If I try running an app like "Netflix" I get an error message that says "you must be connected to Xbox Live to play this game." If I try playing ANY game I get the 417F Status Code.

I even tried playing Conflict: Desert Storm, an original Xbox game that came out prior to XBL. Since that game has no XBL support normally I would automatically be logged out of XBL while playing it, but now it tries to download an update, fails and then
shows that same Status Code. WTF?

 

this is bull *** they do this all the time and we bay for something we cant even us and its trying to say its my fault and made delete and Chang my long in info and now that's stuck too if i lose my profile ill kill some one i'm so sick of this every
few mouths they crash and its makes it out to be are fault
