    Microsoft Jigsaw Cacti error code 017-000 How do I get this to re-download. The 017-000 occurs when kernel alert is received from internet during the download process and the download freezes.

    I'm unable to find "Microsoft Jigsaw Cacti" or the "017-000" error code that you're referring too but I will continue to investigate. Is this the game that you're referring too? It is possible that there is a new version of the game:

    I have tried it through Xbox, yes..... AND from desktop, AND as administrator.

    And now.... ALL my downloads are gone, and when I try to download more it tells me " that more will be available soon".

    This is turning out to be a crappy program.

    I have read the minimal database re this error, I have tried everything suggested.
