Pro Rata Reimbursement since xbox live is down, again

If I'm paying per month for Xbox live, and it is repeatedly having technical issues, do I qualify for a pro rata reimbursement? Contractually speaking I paid for a good you have not delivered several times within each month, after taking my payment.

Nope. Per the terms of service you agree to when you sign up, Microsoft are not obligated to reimburse for outages. Outages are usually not long enough to be worth much in terms of reimbursement anyway.

What game are you having trouble with?

No matter,you won't get reimbursed for anything unless xbox live is completely down,which it isn't.

Sorry I should clarify what I meant. I know your account stays the same I.e gametag etc but I was told that Live eill be more expensive a year on the one. So if you bought 12 months on the one it may cost £50 instead of current £35. So if you have remaining
live that you bought current gen it works it out pro rata for next gen system.
