    Pro Ordered GTA 5 but no gift card yet.


    I have no clue where I have to post this so I'm just going to post it here. I'm sure this is the wrong section and I apologize for that. I pre-ordered GTA 5 at the Microsoft Store and I didn't receive any email for the gift card.

    I ordered Elf while XBOX was having the promotion where you buy it for $4.99 and get a $5 gift card. And I have yet to receive the gift card.

    Microsoft Reward Points and Redeeming Gift Cards

    I recently ordered a $5 Xbox Live Marketplace gift card using my Microsoft Reward Points. I ordered this gift card more than a week ago now and have still not received the gift card in my Outlook account. This is not the first time this has happened. About
    2 months ago, I ordered a $10 Xbox Live Marketplace through my Microsoft Rewards Points and had the same experience. On the recently purchased on my rewards page, it states that the gift cards should be able to arrive in your Outlook account in 24 hours or
    less and that has not happened yet. I also resubmitted the request for the gift card and it still has not sent.

    You would need to contact customer service for the Microsoft Store since that offer was through them.

    TrueAchievements always posts the new sales every monday at around 8 p.m. ET. Also you can try the rewards app and save up your points to get a gift card to help you buy grand theft auto 5. Gta 5 right now is listed at $29.99 so if it went on sale it
    would be around $15 or less. That means you would need a $10 and a $5 gift card which would equal 13,950 points. Then depending on the price you would either need a $1.25 gift card for 1,600 points or a $3 gift card for 2,900 to cover taxes. And then sometimes
    even the gift cards go on sale so it will cost fewer rewards points. I hope this helped you out.

    Hi there ragewarrior, due to the fact that GTA 5 isn't out on xbox one yet you get certain privlages for pre-ordering the game in advance and if it where to allow you to pre-order via family share for free you would get double the pro-order bonuses for only
    pre-ordering once. you will get the game once it is out on the 18/11/2014, once your family member has downloaded it you will then be able to download the game minus the pre-order bonus

    I bought a 50 dollar Xbox gift card and it says it’s ordered but I called my visa gift card and said there’s still 50 dollars

    why didn't you just use the Visa gift card to purchase directly?

    If the order hasn't gone through yet then it wouldn't have charged you
