hey guys... so ive been stumped for over 10 years now with this problem i encountered...

i was one of the top 100 gamers in the world... and overnight i was reset for no just reason... or to be honest... no answer or reason at all has ever been found. i was just royally screwed over....

not even the xbox team then or now can explain this or can even justify the mistreatment ive gone through....

so here is the most recent question and talk with the team..... im hoping someone can provide more then just the standard "it was for missconduct, hacking, aganst terms, ext." ... because this is NOT the case. it was a bizzard

so back in the day of 360, microsoft did an update or a weird gamerscore reset. i had an old account named "skaterkidnic" ... i was one of the top 100 gamers in the world if not higher at the time. then overnight it seemed i went and logged in and my world
was shattered. it seemed xbox reset my gamerscore and causted issues with my profile

im hoping 2 things. you can tell me my old gamerscore before the time of reset and my achually world possition.

i had an account [Mod removed personal info] but that links to skatersfriends ....

the rea account was skaterkidnic. im not sure the email...cuz i believe i there was account transfers or issues when the scroe was reset. and no its not from hacking or miss conduct. so it was bizar

litterarly... the world leader was like 47,000 and i was like 43,000

id say around ealry 2006ish

I was able to check your account and it shows that your Gamerscore is now 11091.

you see, when i was an abused child and forced in my room on pills... this was the onlything i had to look forward to in life... then one day microsoft just deleted everything i worked so hard for in my childhood to accomplish. microsoft litterarly shattered
my heart and killed my dreams.

ive been a miserable soulless piece of [Mod removed profanity] since. and im hoping to maybe at least have a little faith restored in the company.

that account is incorrect, and last time i remember seeing it it was at 0. i might have added abit of score to it, but thats far from correct

i litterearly had to wait for each new set of games to come out for me to beet... i only had a few games with 1 or 2 crazy hard achievments i couldnt crack. like in quake 3 and stuff

which is why im wondering .."why was my score reset?"

I can only imagine how you feel when the reset had happened. To be honest, it's the first time I've learned that a reset could happen. But in our case, I would suggest to post about this to our forum page so that our ambassadors can
also provide you other possible reason why it was reset.

and most people say :hacking, glitching, ext"... which isnt the case. ... this is why i asked for a guru to help... as this is the worst and wierdest thing to let happen to a person

expeshally with no explanation and no one able to help. not even xbox support at the time could help
