Private Messages in regards to Quantum Break??

I spoke to someone in customer support who informed me that when we post on this forum we are supposed to get private messages from a customer service rep to deal with our lack of codes on an individual basis. Why aren't you doing that xbox? You won't even
reply to our threads. How hard is it to get codes to us. We kept up our end of the bargain by helping you guys out with pre orders on an unknown new IP. Do you really want to alienate your base that is so loyal we are willing to pay for a game in full prior
to release with NO reviews out? This is disgusting.

GUYS, we need to start bombarded their social media feeds in order to get anything done.
