Privat and online secure problem

When i start tera i get a message that says you cant purchase content because of the way your account are set up, it can be changes in settings ( Privat- and onlinesecurity) on xbox.com

But i cant find it all my settings are on allow, am i doing something wrong ?

and can anyone tell me what i should try?

One of these 2 CoD clan members threaten they can hack my account.

You can't name users in the forums for the sake of name and shame. In the event somebody does steal your account try contacting a moderator keep all your account info in a private and secure location.

check your
subscription info and make sure you do not have a past due balance or subscription suspension. If you do, be sure to reach out to
chat or phone. for assistance with billing.

check your account to see if it is a
child account and if it is have the parent account ensure that your account is

able to play online and make purchases in-games.

Billing info is private And considered private information And part of your security

I created a new account but it always gives me the same problem only with that warfrane game

Keep in mind that once an age is set it's permanent. While you can change your age anytime the system will only recognize the age you used when you made the account. This is to prevent kids from just changing their ages to bypass things.
