Privacy violation?

My friend and I were chatting over voice messages when I sent one that seemed a little off. I had sent someone elses voice messages. I'm a American teenager with a semi-deep voice. The voice message I sent was of a (around 10? years old)
kid speaking in a different language. It couldn't of been a bot because he was breathint in his mic. Is thid technically a privacy violation?

I can confirm that the incorrect email is nowhere on my profile/settings. via web or xbox

support has confirmed that as well, but my information is still sent out to this incorrect address.

Can you check to see if that second email that you're saying is an incorrect email is showing under "Security info helps keep your account secure" to also receive alerts. :

I think that you are right. It is a mixed up situation. If you continue to have such experiences, please inform us and as college said, give us information.

As far as I know, this is the only time it has happened between us. It was on both my side and his. I dont know if anyone else has had trouble with similar things.
