    when i wanna change my privacy settings to play multiplayer games it sends me to a micorsoft form with a guide and its a loop. What should i do to fix this?

    Hi Alexander,

    So, when trying to access the Marketplace in Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing on a teen account using the Xbox 360, there is an error message. The error message was "You do not have sufficient Xbox Live privileges to access this feature" and the settings are
    not blocked.

    Does the account have issues with any other games?

    I would recommend purchasing
    Xbox Live Gold    .
