Privacy settings not working.

Well, its still not working even doe my account is adult, not minor.
this is what shows up when i try to go to the privacy settings.

It seems we have been receiving a lot of similar cases lately. Based on your description, it might be possible that the system has detected that your Microsoft account is a child account. A child account can't manage its own privacy settings, you will need assistance from an adult account to manage its settings.

NOTE: A child account is registered on the birthdate 21 years old and below upon the account's first creation while an adult account is registered on the birthdate 22 years old and older.

For us to isolate the issue, kindly try to use an adult Microsoft account, or if you don't have one create an adult Microsoft account on account.microsoft.com

NOTE: Make sure that the account's birthdate is registered as 22 years old or older.

Then have the adult account sign in on account.microsoft.com > go to Family > then add your main/child account as a "Family Member"

NOTE: Please ensure that your adult account should be the "Organizer" and your main/child account is the "Family Member" to make this work.

Once you're done, try to manage your child account's privacy settings using your adult account. Here's how:

An organizer in an Xbox family group can manage settings for members who are in the family group. Kids can only see (and not manage) their own settings.

Sign in to your adult Microsoft account at Xbox.com.

Select your Gamertag, and then select the More actions button (…).

Select Xbox settings, and then select Privacy & online safety.

NOTE: Because you’re accessing sensitive info, you may have to enter your password or PIN.

Select the gamertag for the child/main account that you want to manage.

Select either the Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Windows 10 devices Online Safety tab or the Privacy tab.

Review the current settings and update all of the options as "Allow" and "Everyone", and then select Submit to save the changes.

NOTE: You must select Submit at the bottom of the page before leaving or switching to another tab. If you don't submit the changes before you move to the other tab, your changes won't be saved.

Have the member sign in and then sign out of their account on the console to make sure the changes take effect.

There seem to be no issues with the Xbox Live server as well. The only best option is to report this directly to the Xbox team to make sure this case will be properly investigated and possibly fixed. You can report them using the Xbox "report a problem app":

I tried to use my iphone with a different connection without any use of a VPN, but i still got the same page.
