privacy settings help for playing NBA24K

I was trying to update my son's privacy settings but figured the only way to do this would be to remove him from the family group. I think I may have removed myself in error, how do I add myself back in and how do I change his settings so that he can access his game?

his game is NBA2K24 and it was coming up with an error that he cannot access content made by other people unless he goes in to settings, account, privacy settings, he is getting frustrated as I dont know how to fix it so please help if you can?

This is probably due to Parental Controls, if the game has multiplayer options, that's probably what is preventing you from playing.

Make sure to configure it accordingly.

To add you back, follow these steps:

Sign in to the app with an organizer’s Microsoft account, and then select Continue.

Select the green Accounts icon in the top-right of the Family screen, and then select Add organizer.

Enter the email address of the member that you want to add, and then select Send invitation > Done.

i would first get your friend to check her privacy settings, and if you are trying to play via cross play you will need to make sure it is enabled in your console settings.
