Privacy settings are blocked, despite me removing my account from a parent account

Hi there,

if your account isn't an adult account (yet) then a parental account is required to change those settings.

If your account is an adult account, you may have to add a valid payment option to promote it to a adult account.

Also be sure to check the settings via
http://account.xbox.com/settings

to see if you can change them from there, if you can then keep in mind that you may have to sign out and in again on the console or even remove the profile and redownload it again.

I have set the every Privacy and Online settings to allow or everyone,both
in my account and parent account,it still no work,my account is (MOD REMOVED-PERSONAL INFORMATION),my parent
account is (MOD REMOVED-PERSONAL INFORMATION),

Have you checked your Privacy settings? If that is set to Blocked then that may be why you can't send or receive any messages. Go to Settings \ Account \ Privacy & online safety \ Xbox Live privacy \ View details & customize \ Communication & multiplayer
\ Others can communicate... and change it from Blocked to Friends or Everyone.

If your account is a child account then you may need your parent to enable the settings appropriately for you.

Have you tried testing this with another controller? maybe check your sound settings or your privacy settings? might have blocked yourself from your friends. or there is another account as a "parent" in the family settings blocking you from communicating
to others as a "child"?

If your account was before a Child account as a part of a Family Group, You'll have to add yourself again into a Family as a Child account. You must use another account as Parent, then after you add your account as Child, you make the privacy changes in
your account through the Parent account. Afterwards; you can remove your account from the Family.

If you don't have another account to make it as Parent, you must create a new one.

The Parent account is Organizer , the Child account is a
Member

Add a member to Family Group

Remove a member from a Family Group

Change Privacy Setting on Child account
