Privacy Setting for my child

As my child wanted to join a club in Forza Horizon 3, he realized that that feature is blocked on a child account.

So I went on my parent account that is paired up with his child account and went to the privacy settings. As I was there I couldn't seem to find his gamertag anywhere. I'm not getting this issue as my child is paired properly with my account and I can only
change my own privacy settings. My child is old enough (in my opinion) to have all access to the services.

I would like to have this issue fixed as soon as possible.

I wanted to change the privacy settings of my child, but when I want to change the privacy (Xbox), I see there is only my account and not see the child's account. Please tell me what to do to change privacy settings for a child.

I cannot manage my childs xbox privacy settings.

I cannot manage my childs xbox privacy settings. My childs microsoft account is member of my Family (on the Microsoft Account page), but his gamingtag does not appear in manage privacy settings on account.xbox.com - please help

Unfortunately, you are unable to change the child account to adult. The account will have to "graduate". You can, however, create a new account with a different age. If you are trying to allow the account access to certain content, log into your Xbox One
under the Admin account then add the child account to family. This can be done by going to Settings > Scroll to the right to Add to Family > then add the child's profile. Once this has been completed, log into http;//account.live.com to update content access
for the child account. I hope this information helps.

Hey there if u keep getting this message try doing it on xbox .com or create a new account and add a member of ur family to your account. Ive experience this glitch probem before dont know what else to suggest

You can also change the settings on Xbox One once the child has been added to the Admin account family. Just have both accounts signed in, while under the Admin account go to Settings > Family > Then choose the Child Account to Manage Settings.
