    Hello, when i allow join multiplayer games in privacy and online safety it doesnt save it when i submit?

    Hello iGotzMunchys,

    Xbox LIVE > Online safety and privacy. Make sure your online status is not blocked.

    • Sign into your Xbox LIVE account on your console.
    • Go to Settings, then select Privacy.
    • Choose Change Settings, Then select Customize.
    • Change the settings to what you like it to be.
    • To exit, press the B button on your controller, Then choose Save and Exit.

    To change child’s safety and privacy settings

    I am a parent account, when i save on privacy it works but not on windows 10 safety.

    Parental settings

    Go to account.xbox.com website. Log in under your account. then, Go to "privacy & online safety" page. Next, click the "Xbox One Online Safety" tab. Allow everything, and click save.
