Privacy controls for mcpe

Hello im a minecraft PE player i want to join a realm but my device says that there is a privacy issue can some one help get to the privacy controls for mcpe

If you go to xbox.com and login the navigate to the following:

Click your gamerpicture
click the three dots
click Xbox settings
Privacy and Online Safety
Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety tab
- You can join multiplayer games := Allow
Privacy
- You can see and upload community creations := Allow
  - Only needed in some games so not sure if it really is supposed to affect in game content all the time.

Sorry but when i click on my profile picture it says my Microsoft account or sign out there is no ... Can u help ?

I have the same exact problem I can't play Mcpe multiplayer on xbox live, it tells me I need to change my privacy and online safety settings.
