    Privacy and internet safety for family user


    For my kid to play roblox i have to change the setting to allow everyone for content sharing. Ive set up my family and logged in as the parent but i dont see that setting under gaming in the privacy and internet safety area to change.. could someone please
    help?

    Hi Mike,

    Have you added your kid's child account to your Family yet? In order to manage the kid's privacy settings you first need to add them to the Family.

    Once they are added you can manage their privacy settings from account.microsoft.com/family or on the Xbox One console.

    The settings you want to look at would be under Communication & multiplayer and Game content. Make sure that is allowed.

    If the game is rated higher than what his age allows, you can grant permission for his account to always be able to play Roblox. When he tried to enter the game and it asks for permission, sign into the adult account and the following screen will allow you
    to let him play the game always or just this once. You can then view the list of games he can and cannot play online under the Content Restriction section.

    See the details on how you change the family settings/blocked family user:

    1. Log in to account.microsoft.com

    2. Select "Privacy"

    3. Scroll down to "other privacy settings" and select "xbox privacy and online safety".

    4. Select the tab for "xbox/windows online safety

    5. Look for Buy and Download

    6. Change from Only Free to anything.
