Prime Video app - preventing sign-in

Hi,

This is a weird one.

The XBox One Prime Video asked me to sign-in (which in itself is a bit annoying since it should have kept my credentials). However, when I start typing username or password, the on-screen keyboard freezes when I select the 'caps on' option.

I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling and doing a reset on the XBox but nothing appears to help.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or know how to fix it?

Hello, Amazon Prime Video is now available in Australia officially... a visit to

Amazon.com.au: Shop online for Electronics, Apparel, Toys, Books, DVDs & more (the Australian Amazon website) has a banner ad across the top advertising Prime Video.

So can you please now release the Amazon Video app onto the Australian app store?

To narrow this down a bit, is this currently the only app that you're experiencing this keyboard issue with? Also, you mentioned you did a reset on your Xbox One console. To clarify, have you tried
power cycling the console?

If so, let's try also performing a soft
factory reset where you select to keep your games & apps.

Be sure to keep us posted on your progress!

Do you get a specific error message? Or what exactly prevents you from connecting to Amazon Prime Video?

Are you able to watch Prime Video on other devices, or through your web browser?
