Primary account holder

Discus and support Primary account holder in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; we are trying to load Xbox gold into our children's Xbox 1.     we are trying to load Xbox gold into our children's Xbox 1. We've been told to add it to the 'primary account holder' but we're not sure who this is!!! Help!

    Basically no the primary is meant to being the parent who purchased the membership

    You would have to cancel it and then recreate it

    Hey there MAX, sorry, but it's not possible to change the primary account holder on a Family Pack. The only way you can do this is do what ngocphi stated above and cancel your Family Pack and re-instate your family pack on the account you wish to be the

    The primary account holder will most likely be the first account on the Xbox.

    The one that was used to make the parental settings for the other account.

    Gold Family Live account status changed to "free" when on new Xbox, still Gold and active on old system.

    When you moved out did you remain in the same region as the primary account holder on the family pack?

    It may be that you need the primary account holder to remove you from the family pack and then add you again if you are still in the same region.

    There may be a five day wait before the primary account holder can add you again after removal
