    Pricing differences between regions is insane


    Look, I get it. VAT and taxes are a thing, I get that Microsoft is looking to make a profit and governments can be just greedy. I also get it that everyone will just tell me: "That's the way it is, deal with it" or even get my thread closed in my face, but I still have to try and bring it up:

    Starfield costs $99 USD. In Europe it costs 99 EUR, which is not the same amount of money, but oh well, still tolerable at $108 USD. In Israel, where I happen to live, the game costs a whopping $137. 40. Bucks. More.

    Now, again, I get it - governments, taxes, etc. etc. But 40 bucks more?? That's an entire game's worth of extra cash, what gives?

    Even then, I have a global credit card that works anywhere in the world and a PayPal account as well, why won't Microsoft just let me order from the US store? I'm not looking to make a quick buck by exploiting cheaper prices from the South American store or something, I just want to avoid getting highway robbed, that's all.

    At the very least MS should allow some leniency and not enforce region pricing so harshly. At least for some stores. Or at least reconsider pricing a bit?
