    digital distribution costs a fortune. if a game is 40gb and is downloaded say 400,000 times then that one game uses 15,625TB of bandwidth, that is just one game, and data distribution and storage costs more than printing a blueray

    I thought I read on the forums here that if you buy a disc its not ripping the disc like XBOX 360 days. It's still downloading from Microsoft. So bandwidth so going on no matter how you get the game.

    Well back with Atari 2600 and Atari 7800 and Nintendo NES games were $50. $50 for Sega Genesis and SNES as well. Believe the $60 price point started with XBOX 360 and PS3. With inflation and what not only a ten dollar jump from like 30 years ago. Yeah
    I know what ya mean by $60 then if you get season pass then it's like another $50 tacked on so it's $110.
