price upgrade issues

I have this same problem. Many of my Minecraft XBO add-ons are full price even though I paid for them on XBox360

Mine is showing $19.99 USD for the upgrade, I own the 360 disc version - it should be $4.99 USD. Please fix this Microsoft, how can so many issues plague you guys and nowhere in sight do you seem to care. I am only using XBOX ONE now and really want
to play this with my children.. Thanks and please fix ASAP!!

I bought Minecraft Xbox 360 and sold my xbox like another poster on here to fund the Xbox One purchase. I was still able to buy Minecraft Xbox One Edition for £3.49, although I wasn't able to recover my impressive 360 Minecraft world, which I put 2 years
into building!

A couple of suggestions:

1) Go to a friend's house that still has a 360. If you bought the digital copy, you can log onto his 360 and download the game if he does not have it. Your cloud saves will be there and you can start a conversion. This is not great because you can only do
one at a time. You could bring your One to his house, or his 360 to your house to do this.

2) If you have a good relationship with your local gamestop, ask them if you can rent or borrow a 360 to do the transfer.

to fix the price issue, use the xbox website on your computer to buy it for only $5. then when you log in on your xbox, it should be in a queue waiting to download

at least thats what worked for me. hopefully this helps.. this issue is ridiculous. i would have expected microsoft to have done something by now.

I'm having the same issue, I'm going to see if I play the 360 version if it will work. I haven't played it in over a year so maybe I just need to refresh it. I'll gladly buy it for $5, but I will not pay full. Not again, this will be the fourth time I've
bought it.

apparently i cant edit my last post... but what i was going to say is, i saw it on my firefox browser for only 5 bucks (what J4Y DEE above me said). when i tried to buy it though, i had to update my security info (which i literally did only a few months
ago), because apparently it didnt save the last time i did.. so now i have to wait 30 days before i can even purchase it.. congrats microsoft, you blow harder than Apple, McDonalds, and WalMart combined..

Same here, called them several times today, the head of customer support said hopefully it will be fixed within 24 hours, as that's what the email from the techs said that they sent him that was on 5th sept at around 6pm aest. He also told me to call him
on the 6th at 4pm aest if it still wasn't fixed. If i get any progress or news i will post it here as i find out. im not happy at all
