Prices and promotions vary by region and are set by the publisher. So you'll want to reach out to the publisher of the game for a direct response. We don't have any further information that that unfortunately.

Each region has different prices and they don't base the price on one region only. There will be regions that have much lower prices and there will be regions that has much higher prices for games.

yes the prices of games on demand are rediculous, and even way more so for us europeans, and no they wont change it

its up to the headquarters in different regions to decide on the price, and the guys working for microsoft in our region think the prices are good

The prices in different currency regions are based on the fluctuation of the local market so that explains the difference in price.
