Price of Persian on XboxOne

I purchased Prince of Persian from the web site. I'm not able to download it to my XboxOne. It doesn't show up in my Games Queue to download. I went through Xbox Customer Support (case number
[Mod Removed]) but they couldn't fix it. They said they can't refund the price until I go through Backward Compatibility specialist. They also said that I may need to download it to an Xbox360 machine first and then transfer it to XboxOne.
I don't have access to Xbox360. The web site, when I purchased it, didn't say anything about downloading it to Xbox360 first.

Xbox one £289 or £334 with Kinect.

It seems America is getting yet ANOTHER price drop on the Xboxone on November 2nd of $50, that's around £30. If we get the same over here then it will be £299 for a xboxone, and retailers will do there own throw a game in bundles.

So it seems at last the xboxone will be where it should of been 12 months ago, no kinect and a £299 price tag. Might start selling now. It still amazes me ANYONE paid £429 for the thing less than 12 months ago.

Hi, which prince of persia did you purchase? Only the arcade version of Prince of Persia is compatible, if you haven't purchased that version, then that is why it does not show.

 

I am new to Xbox. On the email receipt it just says Prince of Persia. When I purchased it, the web site didn't say anything about it not running on xbox one. I bought it for $19.99

 

Contact Xbox Support about this and see if they can help you with this problem, because some xbox 360 games don't work at the moment for xbox one.

 

The $19.99 price tag means it's the games on demand version, which is not compatible yet on the Xbox One.

 

When I purchased it, there was nothing on the web site saying it won't work with Xbox one. If doesn't work, I need to get my money back. I did call the Xbox support and they said they can't refund me anything unless I go through this web site and confirm
there is nothing that can be done to make it work.

 

Hey, Gooz! There are two different versions of Prince of Persia on the 360, and there is some confusion around this. It sounds like you've purchased

Prince of Persia, and that game is not backwards compatible at this time. The version that is backwards compatible is the

Prince of Persia Classic game. This is the one that you will want to purchase if you want to use it on your Xbox One.
