    Price advertised different when clicking thru to purchase


    The price of a game advertised on the XB1 and Xbox website currently is not the same price when i click thru to purchase.

    Store when clicking thru: http://puu.sh/fpQTx/508736cb41.jpg $53.99 (Yes I'm signed in and no it's not past the 4th of Feb).

    So why can I not purchase BF4P at $31.98 as advertised?

    feel like i just got suckered out of 280 microsoft points

    I believe that I took responsibility for my actions when I put I in frount of the accident that I had. the advertised price that is on the ad when you click on it is the price that should pop up after all that is why I would click on the ad in interest of
    purchase for the advertised price not pop up with it at 480 automaticly when the advertised price was 200. so I hope that helps you understand that I took the responsibility.

    Destiny: Rise of Iron expansion showing incorrect price?

    It shows it is $39.99 even though it was advertised as being less than Destiny: The Taken King which is also $39.99 in pricing. Is this due to me living in Canada or is it due to a problem on your end. I do not want to purchase something at an unintended
    price. It's intended price point when advertised was 30$

    Additionally, I have changed the 'locale' to "Australia" for the store page (it was defaulting to USA) and now the price displays as $71.96?!

    Yet the ad still reads $31.98 (Australia locale).

    Help?

    Is your gamertag set for Australia? Have you tried making the purchase from your console instead of the website?

    @ Smwutches- I realize that it states on the marketplace "no refunds" but if it is being advertised for one price and sold for a different price it is not a refund per say. If Microsoft is advertising for one price and selling for another and then refusing
    to honor the price advertised it is considered false advertising which is a criminal offense.
