    I was advised to post here by a representative from Microsoft's Xbox One support team that I did have achievements that I unlocked on 12/13/14 through 12/20/14.

    After hearing about the news regarding the DLC, I signed in the game to make sure, everything was fine. When I registered on halowaypoint.com however, none of my career showed. After talking with the support team, we did a reset of my system, which in turn
    lost all of my achievements, settings, personalizations, customizations, and so on. And now for my gamertag, it only says that I have two achievements that were unlocked at 3 AM on 12/20/14, which is when I double checked my game. The achievements that are
    now present after the reset are only joining a multiplayer game and something about killing a developer. The ones I had unlocked before that were playing the campaigns of each, and sampling the multiplayers to get a feel for it.

    Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

    reset gamerscore

    Once your Gamerscore is reset you cannot re earn any achievements you previously unlocked.

    Is it possible to reset my Gamerscore?

    My achievement queue tells me that I have all of the achievements for my games, but my Gamerscore was reset, so I really don't. This is causing me to not be able to unlock achievements that I had previously unlocked before my Gamerscore was reset. Is it
    possible for someone to reset my Gamerscore again and clear my game queue to prevent future problems and allow me to unlock my old achievements again?

    Once your Gamerscore is reset you cannot re earn any achievements you previously unlocked.

    Hi there Gears,

    As Otaku said the achievements are removed due to cheating/tampering.

    Gamerscore resets issued by the Enforcement Team reset all the achievements on an account, not just the ones unlocked by circumventing normal game play. If you want any of those previously earned achievements back, they will have to be earned on a new account.
    They cannot be re-earned on an account that was reset.

    Gamerscores only ever get reset after the Xbox Live Enforcement Team looks into your specific account and recognizes that you've used unofficial software or modifications to alter your gamerscore and unlock achievements that you actually haven't unlocked
    yourself. Any achievement you previously had prior to the reset will never be unlockable again regardless of which achievements you've earned legitimately or modified.

    Daft Bager is correct. The only way you can earn any of those now locked achievements is to create a new account entirely and begin at zero.

    A gamerscore reset would result in the cheater watermark being applied to your account. Also, you will not be able to unlock previously unlocked achievements.
    Click.

    You'd be better off starting a new account.

    If you have already unlocked an achievement previously that the quest requires, HyperVenom is incorrect, it will be counted to the quest as unlocked.
