    I was reading the list of Backward Compatible games and checking them against games that are showing in my ready to install list on Xbox One, and noticed some were missing and have been for quite some time.

    I know for a fact that I own Beyond Good & Evil HD and Crazy Taxi digitally on 360, I even have achievements in them - but on the 360 marketplace/website they're showing with the full price. I can't re-download them. This is why they're not appearing in
    my Xbox One ready to install list too.

    There was a service alert last night regarding core services and purchases, but those have been resolved according to the status page.

    Red Dead Redemption Undead Nightmare on Xbox One not showing as previously purchased.

    Hello,

    I just moved my Red Dead files from my 360 to the One this morning, but the Xbox One is not showing that I have previously purchased the Undead Nightmare expansion pack. If I go into that product on the Games store, it is asking me to pay for it again,
    but I purchased this previously.

    Can you assist?

    Unable to install Adachi DLC for Persona 4 Arena Ultimax.

    Yep I can't download Full Glasses, Full Colors, The free BGM #1, and the Update 1.30, Which I have had downloaded before, now I can't re-download them. Goes 1%, 0%, 1%, 0%, "Can't download -so and so content-" I had all this purchased and installed. I had
    trouble with the full color pack, and I tried to delete all DLC in an attempt to make it work, but now I can't download the stuff I previously mentioned.

    Sorry to hear it. If the games are showing with a price on the console marketplace then please head to your download history to redownload them.

    You can reach the download history on the console by going to Settings>Accounts>Download History or on the web by heading to
    live.xbox.com/.../history

    If the games are not listed there then perhaps they were purchased using a different account.

    Thanks, I have already checked my download history though and none of the three missing games show up as purchased.

    They were definitely purchased on this account (I've only ever had one account), and I even have save files for them all on my 360 and in the cloud.

    Hello. Friends Play Free was a 7 day event. The event is now over. Unless he has GamePass or has previously purchased the game, he will need to pay full price for the game to play again.
