Previously Purchased Games Not Available After Safe System Reset

Previously purchased digital content unavailable after system reset; requested option where all games/apps remained in tact; go to play games, and it prompts "Do You own this game or app? > Manage > Game Not Installed. When I go to install, I get "Check back in a little bit," which has been there for hours.

These digital copies were all previous paid for; also finding out one game, "Dance Central," is no longer in the xbox store, and I bought it, so how would it be recovered? Would Xbox send me a digital key to replace it, since they no longer have it on the platform?

Already Tried: Disconnecting; restarting; removing and adding account.

Thank you for your reply; this does not work for two reasons:

1. All of the previously purchased games are not present.

2. The aforementioned game is no longer available within the Xbox platform.

The reason I asked about the reset was because you said "requested option where all games/apps remained in tact".....sometimes a reset keeping games/apps intact can result in file corruption (happens more often with PCs but can happen with consoles too). I wanted to know if you had also done a full reset without keeping the files/apps intact

However, if the game is not showing up as purchased on your account,t hen that is a whole other issue which Xbox support themselves would need to sort out. You definitely purchased the game on the specific account, yes? You didn't game share with another account or something that owned the game (although no clue if you can even buy DLC for a game owned by another acocunt),

Honestly, it does matter...specifically, Dance Central is no longer available via the Microsoft store, so that's the first issue, as it cannot be re-downloaded from any location. It doesn't even show up in the previous order history, but the in-game purchases do.

I said in both the thread title, and description, a reset was performed. To be more specific, a full system reset, was performed.

Currently on an XBOX One console.

I've tried to re-download from the console Microsoft store, to no avail; used additional troubleshooting advice to download from the Xbox store; was able to complete the download, but when I tried to play, received the same manage> thread as posted in the original description.

Hey Tooth,

plz go to your MS account and open your order history.

From there you should be able to download the games.
