Previously bought game Forza 4 not showing up in Microsoft store Library

Hi,

I bought Forza horizon 4 + Lego bundle in Jan 2020 using a redeemable coupon and installed it on my computer at the time.

I dont have that machine any more. I recently got a new machine and bought minecraft and installed that.

I would like to install Forza too but it doesnt show up in the Microsoft store library (only Minecraft appears).

On the microsoft website it shows both Forza and Minecraft orders.

How can I install Forza?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

We need to locate the game order for the game, Tom. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, from there we need to locate the game transaction for Forza Horizon 4 showing as "completed" or "redeemed", once found you just need to make sure that you're signed in under that account both on Microsoft Store App and Xbox App.

If it's not showing from there, please check all Microsoft accounts that you own.

This is not game app problem.

Windows store app does not show my game.

There is no forza horizon 3 in store library.

it is on the transactions page, but not for microsoft and it still hasnt showed up in my game library or even showed i have bought it

It doesn't show up on the Microsoft Store library, but does show up on the Xbox app

Still doesn't help, it even says that I haven't bought it on PC Microsoft store

When you go to (on Xbox) My games & apps > Full library > All owned games can you see Forza Horizon 4?
