    Previous purchases have been 'reset'?


    So I was browsing the marketplace looking at on-demand games, when I scrolled over Banjo Kazooie Nuts n Bolts. Now I had already bought this game a few years back so I thought, "Hey this was fun I'll just redownload it again and play it some time in the
    week". So I click on it, only to find instead of the 'Download Again' button, it shows the price. Now I'm not going to pay for the same game twice, and yes it is in my purchase history, so what's going on? It isn't just that particular game either; quite a
    lot of games I downloaded a while ago suddenly ask me to pay. Did those buttons get 'reset' at some point? Because it certainly will let me accidentally buy the same game twice. A while ago I downloaded Oblivion thinking that I had been mistaken when I'd thought
    I had previously bought it, but now I'm not so sure.

    I made some game purchases in 2016, that I no longer seem to have access to. I have checked all my Microsoft accounts to see if I may have mistakenly bought it under one of those, however I was unable to find them. I do have the Paypal purchase receipts,
    but when support chat tried to look up the transaction IDs they weren't able to find a match. I'm not sure who I should contact about this.

    The best thing to do is to check your Account here - https://account.microsoft.com/

    And see if you can see your purchase.

    If not, contact sales support with your paypal information and they should be able to see what happened with the purchase.

    There could be other reasons for the games not showing, for example if the game was pulled from the market by the publisher. Or was removed and replaced with another version of the game e.g. GOTY.

    After a while the system "forgets" that you purchased the item. To redownload it for free please go to Settings>Accounts>Download History to redownload the game for free.

    ATTN: Admins of rewards program.

    You would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for support to verify your purchases. VIP ranks reset each year and we're reset on January 1, so your purchases may not have been made in time to be calculated into your previous progress.

    They wouldn't directly remove it.

    If any changes come to the game that affect it the devs can cause it to be removed I believe.
