    Gears of War 4 Legacy reward and Xbox 360 collection

    Haven't received either Legacy Reward for playing the previous title's for Gears of War 4 or the Xbox 360 Gears collection for Xbox One.

    I purchased a new Gears console with the promise of a code for remastered edition of previous gears collection. Where is it as I bought this over 3 weeks ago and paid a lot of money to enable the entire series on my new console.

    information on how these codes go out. This includes Gears of War 4 codes included in the Gears of War 4 Xbox One S bundle. Once that code is redeemed on your account, you should receive your games within 30 days.

    To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption. Must be 17+. Xbox One, broadband internet (ISP fees apply)
    and Xbox Live membership required. Not available in all markets. See www.GearsofWar.com for the latest information.

    You must have played Gears Of War: Ultimate Edition before December 31st to receive the previous Gears titles.

    Hi Jacky. I believe that the deal containing all of the previous GoW games was only a
    pre-order bonus. The game launched on October 11th, so if you purchased on the 17th you may not have been eligible.

    This is what I found on Xbox Wire:

    Finally, all pre-order customers will receive the entire Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for use on Xbox One. This includes all four previous games – Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War: Judgment –
    and is available only as a limited time offer.

    If from launch you should've said something earlier anywys you will have to wait for support for that however the previous answer is for gears of war collection
