    Xbox Live Gold Member but cant play Xbox Live multiplayer.

    Get in touch with official PHONE support, your gold might be glitched out if you did all previous troubleshooting thats written here. Subs might need to be cancelled and reinstated.

    Recovering Previous Gamerscore

    If you have not already tried this remove your profile from the XBOX One and then re-download it and see if it corrects the issue. Good Luck!

    Sorry, but your friend was incorrect. Gamerscore resets are permanent and it is not possible to reearn any of the previous achievements you had before being reset. You would have to create a new account if you want to reearn those achievements.

    Sorry, but your friend was incorrect. Gamerscore resets are permanent and it is not possible to reearn any of the previous achievements you had before being reset. You would have to create a new account if you want to reearn those achievements.

    What is happening is a glitch within Gears of War 3 that reinstates the gamerscore of people who have had a previous gs reset. MS are aware of it. You don't need to worry about being banned.

    I hope you learnt your lesson to never give your friend access to your account.

    [/quote]While that may be true, this is not the issue here. What is happening is a glitch within Gears of War 3 that reinstates the gamerscore of people who have had a previous gs reset. This was something outside the OP's control.

    Microsoft are aware of this issue. What is happening is a glitch within Gears of War 3 which reinstates the gamerscore of gamertags that have been reset in the past.

    Changing to custom pictures is not allowed. If the previous picture was also a custom picture, that service is still suspended with no ETA on it being reinstated.
