Previous account still connected

Sony are the only ones responsible for this policy dawg.

The linking of accounts is something that happens on Sony's end so there is nothing that anyone from Microsoft can do about this. It is unfortunately the case that Sony does not allow you to link a different Microsoft account to your Playstation account. That Sony account can only ever be linked to the Microsoft account that it was first linked to. This is a Sony policy and there is nothing anyone here can do to change that. You would have to try and get Sony to assist or change their policy.

Connected to a new wifi that has had an Xbox previous connected to and this still did not work

I try to log in to mincraft on my ps5 and i used the same email that i have used on my ps4 and when i try sign in it says "oops! Looks like the account is already connected please sign in woth the previous connected microsoft account and i used the same email and it is still not working
