Discus and support Preview in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I have the free Xbox Preview dashboard app and when I open it, it says thanks for joining then it says you'll receive a service message doon with more...     I have the free Xbox Preview dashboard app and when I open it, it says thanks for joining then it says you'll receive a service message doon with more info and it's been a month and still nothing

    Preview Program Criteria

    A preview program is that.. a preview. As stated earlier if everyone was in the preview program it wouldn't be a preview..... but I can play A World Of Kelflings before you.... lol yawn

    The 360 preview and Xbox One preview are two totally different previews, you'd need to be invited to the Xbox One preview and then wait to see if you're accepted.

    It is a bug in Preview.

    It won't fix itself. It has already been noted by a member of Preview Staff and a fix will be forthcoming in an upcoming update.

    You should always post suspected Preview issues after a Preview update in the Preview forums not the General forums.

    Sorry you're having issues with the Preview App. Please note that even if you have a Preview OS installed, you will be updated to any full release version, even it it's not a preview. As such, you're not stuck on the preview OS ever. That said, this question
    would be better suited for the Preview forums. Please go to the Preview Program Support forums and repost this question there so a member of the preview team can help you.
