    I have the preview app and all it says is i will get a service message on my xbox soon. I have been invite 3 times and the app still says the same thing even though i have had it for 3+ months.

    Well you only need to be invited once but you shouldnt be getting that msg if you got thr app

    It would be enroll pending or enroll change pending

    You would only get that msg when you get accepted and orovided the link to the app

    If you are aplplying for thr nxoe then read the announcement as it explains everything

    I dont understand why i would have both the preview app and the wireless display app if im not even able to use the pre view program. And when i try to turn off my xbox it gives me a report problem tab

    Preview Program Criteria

    A preview program is that.. a preview. As stated earlier if everyone was in the preview program it wouldn't be a preview..... but I can play A World Of Kelflings before you.... lol yawn

    The 360 preview and Xbox One preview are two totally different previews, you'd need to be invited to the Xbox One preview and then wait to see if you're accepted.

    It is a bug in Preview.

    It won't fix itself. It has already been noted by a member of Preview Staff and a fix will be forthcoming in an upcoming update.

    You should always post suspected Preview issues after a Preview update in the Preview forums not the General forums.

    Sorry you're having issues with the Preview App. Please note that even if you have a Preview OS installed, you will be updated to any full release version, even it it's not a preview. As such, you're not stuck on the preview OS ever. That said, this question
    would be better suited for the Preview forums. Please go to the Preview Program Support forums and repost this question there so a member of the preview team can help you.
